From Saturday June 13 to Saturday September 19, 2026 our apartments are only bookable for the week from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to the following Sunday.
The apartments are available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Our prices are net, based on 4 people per apartment.
The apartments are non-smoking.
Animals are not allowed.
The Residence has private parking (1 space per apartment).
Rental of sheets and towels included in the price.
Bathrobes and slippers provided – pool towels are provided.

Deposit and deposit 30% of the total rental amount is required on booking.
The balance is to be paid on the day of arrival.
A deposit of 1000 € is also requested upon handing over the keys and returned at the end of the stay, after inventory.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
– cancellation 45 days from the date of arrival: 75% of the amount of the rent.
– cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date: 100% of the amount of the rent.
